Our mold department capabilities include compression molding, transfer molding, vulcanizing and bonding. We run many types of materials including: nitrile, neoprene, EPDM, Butyl, Buna, Silicone, Fluorosilicone, open cell sponge and silicone sponge.
Rubber specifications we meet, but are not limited to include: MIL-R-3065, ASTM-D2000, ZZ-R-765 and MIL-C-3133.
